Our most intimate room, set within the Glass House and opening out onto the Giardino garden. Perfect for milestone birthdays, close-knit corporate dinners, and celebrations where everyone shares one long table.
The Glass House
A chic, light-filled room with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the Story Bridge, plus its own private garden for arrival drinks. Our signature space for corporate events and larger private celebrations.
Ciao Exclusive
The whole venue is yours: the Giardino, Nonna's Table, the Glass House, and the Front Deck on the river. The ultimate riverfront setting for a wedding, a gala, or a year-end function with real impact.

Private dining questions, answered
We have three private spaces. Nonna's Table is semi-private and seats up to 22 guests. The Glass House seats 55 to 75 guests. For larger events, Ciao Exclusive is a full-venue hire for up to 180 seated guests. For groups of up to 22 you can often book online, and our team handles everything above that directly.
Private dining is tailored to your group, so pricing depends on the room, the day, the menu and any drinks package. As a guide, our group feast menus range from $75 to $108 per person depending on the number of courses. Send us your details through the enquiry form and we will come back with an indicative quote for your specific event.
We are open seven days, from 12pm until late. Full-venue exclusive hire is available for lunch Monday to Friday and dinner Sunday to Thursday. Individual rooms like Nonna's Table and the Glass House can often be booked across a wider range of days, subject to availability, so it is always worth asking about your preferred date.

Nonna's Table is semi-private within the Glass House, the Glass House can be booked as a private room, and Ciao Exclusive gives you the entire venue including the riverfront deck and garden. Ciao is on the Rivershed deck at Howard Smith Wharves, 5 Boundary Street, Brisbane City, at the New Farm end of the precinct beneath the Story Bridge. There is paid parking within Howard Smith Wharves, and the precinct is a short walk from the CBD, with rideshare and CityCat options nearby.
